“Sitting on the floor our fingers burn
the nightmare shines under the door
floating across the broken glass on the floor
we sit and stare we are alone.

Unsure of sounds that are echoing in the room
a sea of colors on the floor before me
I hear you call and I know that you are waiting for me.
A car screams in the faraway night
disrupts my thoughts and I lose you again
I hear you cry but it's so far from me
here on the floor.

On the floor we cast of our clothes
as we sit in caves of imagination
listen to the drum, drum, drumming
we forget space and time”
